The Elizabethton Arts and Cultural Alliance exists to support programs, events and projects; promote awareness; and provide opportunities for those in the region of Elizabethton and Carter County to engage in and be inspired by the arts. ElizArts holds to the truth that the arts encompass all, regardless of income, culture or any other social barrier and works to strengthen the arts and cultural offerings for the benefit of all. ElizArts focuses on stimulating interest and advancing the arts in Carter County in order to:

• Strengthen and support arts and cultural organizations that serve and benefit all.

• Raise public awareness of various arts through youth and adult programs.

• Increase opportunities for individual artists connecting them to the community.
