The jury will review the entries and select the top ten. The top ten photo submissions will be on display at the Fall Art Festival in Downtown Elizabethton on Oct 3rd. The Winner will be determined by people's choice voting and voting will take place during the Festival. The winner will be announced at 5:45pm at the festival.
